Théoule-sur-Mer and the Esterel coastline

With its 13 km of coastline, Théoule-sur-Mer is the only real village on the whole Riviera coastline. It's planted in the bay of Cannes, on the "Corniche d'Or" (panoramic road) of the Esterel, one of the most beautiful and preserved sites on the French Riviera.

Every year, the "Journal du Dimanche" publishes a list of towns and villages in France where it is "good living", based on nearly 190 criteria such as safety, health, transport, shops and services, environmental protection, sports and leisure and real estate attractiveness. In 2024, for the 3rd year in a row, Théoule-sur-Mer was ranked 1st in the Alpes-Maritimes Department in the "villages" category, and 12th nationally. The blue of the Mediterranean and the red of the massif are declined in steep promontories and coves with crystal clear waters, slopes covered with pines and small shaded beaches. From the villa, you are a 6-minute drive from the center of Théoule, its beaches and numerous restaurants, 6 minutes from Miramar and the Figueirette bay, and a few minutes (by car) from the coves. The residence offers direct access (on foot) to the trails of the Esterel massif, and to the Pointe de l'Aiguille departmental park. Perfect for hikers of all skill levels and mountain bikers.
