“A true dream to wake up with this view every morning. We spent many wonderful hours on the terrace. The accommodation is very tastefully furnished, so you quickly feel at home. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. We'll be back, that's for sure. Thank you for the opportunity to spend such a wonderful time here. “La maison est juste parfaite. La vue est magnifique sur la mer et les collines environnantes. L’emplacement est parfait pour aller se promener dans le parc regional qui surplombe toute la baie (très apprécié en particulier par notre chien). La villa est à 10 minutes des plages et du village de Theoule. L’aménagement de la maison est de très bon goût et vous fait vous sentir chez soi des la première minute. Les salles de bain et la cuisine sont super équipées. (...) Enfin Agnès et son équipe ainsi que les propriétaires sont charmants, et proactifs des que l’on a une question. Une de nos meilleures expériences de maison de location!! Merci !!“

“Excellent séjour d'une semaine fin Décembre. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien aménagée et équipée. C'était un réel plaisir d'y rester et une très bonne détente. La maison et les terrasses sont au calme complet. La vue est magnifique de toutes les pièces. Les promenades dans l'Estérel sont juste derrière la maison et accès aussi à pied au parc de la Pointe de l'Aiguille. La cuisine est très bien équipée en appareils électroménagers et vaisselles.
Les hôtes ont toujours été à l'écoute de nos questions durant le séjour et très réactifs sur de petits soucis. C'est donc un excellent accueil.“

“Belle et grande maison avec une superbe vue et à proximité de Theoule. La maison dispose de tout le confort avec les dernières astuces techniques, de grands écrans de télévision, d'Internet haut débit, de systèmes audio Sonos. En outre, de nombreuses lampes qui sont également presque toutes gradables afin que vous ayez également une atmosphère confortable dans la maison le soir. Deux cheminées la terminent quand il fait froid.
Nous y avons passé un mois et avons apprécié chaque minute !“

“My husband, toddler, and I loved our 1.5 month stay here. The separate ‘wings’ allowed for us to have other family / friends come as well and gage their own privacy. The living room sofa was the most comfortable one I’ve ever experienced in a rental house! The view from the house was breathtaking. The location is just outside of the main town, so a car is a must especially for longer stays for day trips or going to Cannes.“

“What a beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean home! The space was perfect for my family of five, including my mother. The stairs were a challenge for her as there are many stairs outside for her to climb and a few stairs inside the home, something to keep in mind when booking with older people. The dishes, bedding, and towels were crisp, clean, and fresh smelling. The nice touch of expresso, laundry detergent, and dove-shaped towels on the bed were very thoughtful and pretty touches.
The house is in a gated area and quiet. Seeing the stars from the balcony at night is a plus! Great location, traffic can sometimes make the drive to Nice an hour drive. Recommend renting a car for easy access and travel around the coast!
Would stay here again, we plan to! 10/10!“

“Lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Great views both at the villa and all around. Plenty of spectacular dog walks to go on and a massive pool, which although is communal, never had anyone else in when we were using. Would definitely return!“

“Absolutely stunning. Great view, perfect patio, and an easy drive into Cannes, Nice, and Antibes and a great place for a long restful visit.
On the west side, close to great vineyards around Frejus. Lots of wonderful restaurants, and the beach is not far away.
We stayed a month, in the spring and had very nice weather. We did extended weekend trips to Monaco and Tuscany/Italian Riviera, and Marseilles. This was a perfect base for such a long trip.
Waking up every morning to that incredible view..... wow!“
